quite satisfactory visit

clean room friendly staff unstable door late check-in

my room was clean I thought. breakfast featured A LOT of variety. the staff was friendly AND super nice.

The bathroom door would not stay closed. It ALWAYS swung open no matter what. i also found the check-in time at 3 pm to be pretty late.

Location was okay. Some issues

dusty room limited water

The breakfast was included, but i didn't enjoy it. The quality wasn't there. the room seemed dusty and worn and no bottled water was in it, which i would expect. also, the tv kept turning off by itself. It was so annoying! the heating was difficult to adjust too. It just wasn't a comfortable experience.

ineffective air conditioning weak shower pressure

The air conditioning was ineffective. The room temperature remained uncomfortably warm despite my adjustments. The staff stated it was centrally controlled and offered a fan, hardly a solution. the shower pressure was weak. The provided towels felt worn and even had small holes.

A decent stay overall

good location helpful staff spacious room old furniture extra water cost stained sofa

the hotel had a very good location. it made travel around the area quite easy. the staff were helpful with directions. the room size was also quite spacious. this.

the room needed some upkeep. the furniture was somewhat old with stains. the water in the room cost extra. i think that should be complimentary.
